Remote Support
Remote Interactive Support - With a broadband connection you can link your computer to our office and we can see your screen and control your keyboard and mouse whilst talking to you by telephone.
We can assist with computer-based tasks and diagnose common problems without a site visit. An explanation accompanied by a demonstration of procedures is easily understood. Simple issues relating to printers and application software are often quickly resolved. Remote support is always controlled by you. To activate it you must download and run a program on you PC which calls our computer workstation. You need to ensure that we are available for support before activating an interactive session. The support session and the connection are terminated when the issue has been resolved. This can be done either by you or our technician.
