Broadband 

To use an Internet broadband service you need:
a) a broadband connection from an Intenet Service Provider (ISP)
b) equipment to connect your computer to your telephone line
c) broadband to be activated on your telephone line by BT

JR Computer Clinic is a partner of Entanet, a national provider of broadband. We can arrange for a broadband connection through Entanet on your behalf and recommend the ADSL product to suit your requirements. 

All Entanet ADSL connections include a static IP address and basic POP3 email addresses. Entanet customers, in addition to contacting us during office hours, have access to the 24 hour UK technical support helpline using an 0870 number (normal call rates apply).

Monthly payments are made to Entanet by direct debit or continuous card authority. Your contract is with Entanet and is subject to their terms and conditions. The advantage to our customers of using our recommended broadband supplier, is that we access connection information and diagnose faults quickly.

We can troubleshoot connections with any broadband service provider. For low Internet usage we can recommend cost-effective dial-up options.
